For the fifth consecutive year, the National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA) and Better Business Bureau (BBB) have teamed up to remind everyone that when clearing out clutter, don’t forget about the critical need to take action and protect the volumes of valuable personal information you have online. In this #ChatSTC we’ll share tips to help tidy up your home or work office space and freshen up your digital security.


BUCHAREST SYMPOSIUM ON GLOBAL CYBERSECURITY AWARENESS
BUCHAREST, ROMANIA | JUNE 26-27, 2019

The Symposium on Cybersecurity Awareness Messaging addresses the development of cybersecurity awareness programs and the exchange of best practices on the cybersecurity awareness campaigns deployment on national and transnational levels. The two-day specialized symposium will bring together cybersecurity awareness communities to debate the advantages and obstacles when launching a national campaign and what resources and measures influence its final effectiveness. Bucharest symposium's objectives are to establish a global strategy for cybersecurity messaging with the development messaging tools as a form of cybercrime prevention regimen and to craft the most functional approaches to deploy a cybersecurity awareness campaign. STOP. THINK. CONNECT., APWG.EU, European Commission, RO-CERT, the National Institute for Research & Development in Informatics (ICI) and its correspondents worldwide are organizing the larger cybercrime prevention effort, unifying the development of effective awareness programs. This year´s summit is organized with the support of European Commission, RO-CERT and the ICI and hosted by the European Commission Representation Office in Bucharest.
